Want to connect and have the experience of 1:1 coaching in a group setting?! Get your chance to have some hot-seat coaching and get clarity around a block or struggle on your journey to food and Body Freedom.

A group of 5-10 women will get the chance to join Amber for a live, recorded call via zoom to get 1:1 coaching.

Each of you will get allotted the same amount of time to ask your questions and receive guidance and recommendations with anything you need.

Plus you will take so much away from the other women's questions and be grateful they asked what you forgot to!

What you'll get:

• 1 Live 60 Minute Session (5 women) or 1 live 90 minute session (if there are 10 women)
• A mini 1:1 coaching of between 12-15 minutes per person(depends how many are in the group)
• Specific recommendations and guidance to support you on your unique journey to Food and Body Freedom

You will get to come on and get direct coaching support, recommendations and guidance with whatever you are struggling with.

Once you sign up, you will be contacted via the email you signed up with to be sent a quick intake to fill out PRIOR to our call so I can know a bit more about you before we dive in. This will ensure we make the most of your time.

You will also be given 2-3 availability options so we can ensure everyone joins live.

If for some reason you can't make the session live, you can send your questions and I will answer them in depth in the session and you will get the recording OR you can attend the next Ask Amber live call.
