We will also explore how negative self-talk and body image issues with our stomach area can impact our digestion as well.

Day 3: Ways to Start Supporting Better Digestion. Let's dive into all the ways we can start gaining relief from your symptoms as well as strengthen and improve your gut health.

You will also learn powerful self-care tools that will regulate the nervous system and help calm your digestion down and release some of the stress that your digestive system is hanging onto.
