Month 1: Addressing Emotional Eating Triggers + Intro to Optimal Hormone Health

Start by addressing the very triggers that are fueling your emotional eating or behaviors. We will explore these triggers and start identifying the differences between emotional and physical hunger. We will also acknowledge diet and food rules you may have inherited from different diets, debunk them and start building a balanced and nourishing relationship with food. You will understand how the diet/restriction mentalities have been directly fueling your emotional eating and you will feel a newfound compassion for yourself as you unravel the complexities of this. This will help you minimize giving into your triggers!

You will also learn about the root causes of your hormone issues including thyroid, adrenal health, sex hormones, PMS, Menopause, Perimenopause and more as we go through Hormones 101 and steps to get the right testing and proper hormone recommendations will be given.

Month 2: Take Your Power Back From Food + Building Sacred Self-Care Practices

A very powerful tool will be introduced to help you catch and undo the pattern of emotional eating which will help give you a burst of confidence. You will also learn different easy self-care tools to use to help you with your emotions while you pivot away from using food to cope. We will also spend time talking about the negative voice that is keeping you in the habits and behaviors that are fueling your physical symptoms and emotional struggles. The ego. I will help you build awareness of this voice and how to take your power back so you uplevel the way you take care of your body, mind and soul. P.S. The self-care practice will help regulate your nervous system to help you feel bliss!

Month 3: Build Calm Digestion and Hormones Check-In

Our gut and hormone health are directly connected and I will guide you through gentle and effective digestive support to balance your system, which will aid in balance and support your hormones too. I will also help you connect the dots between how emotional eating has fueled your gut and hormone imbalances. Nutrition, supplements and self-care activities will be explored and suggested to help improve your symptoms and bring your body back to balance. (P.S. Month 4: Addressing People Pleasing, Perfection and the All or Nothing Mindset

We will dissect where these mindsets and behaviors have come from and ways to start setting healthy boundaries to open up more time for you to say YES to yourself. Month 5: Mastering Mindful Eating, Optimal Nutrition + Simple Food Prep (Without Diets or Restriction)

Mindful eating is a simple yet powerful practice that will continue to reduce your urge to want to overeat. It gives you clarity of when your body is full and also a feeling of satisfaction that will prevent wanting to go dig through the cupboard and keep snacking. Learn a powerful mindful eating practice to integrate into your day to aid in better digestion and deeper connection to your food. You will also get a taste of food prep support to add variety and balance to your meals and snacks to regulate your blood sugar which prevents cravings…another way to reduce the chances of emotional eating. Month 6: Building Body Love and Confidence

Finally feel confident in the body you live in. Learn how to connect with the insecure parts of you and build a newfound appreciation for your body.
