I just really didn't feel like myself.

In fact, my cortisol imbalance became a MASSIVE weight-loss block, and because I didn't know I had high cortisol, I wasn't fuelling my body properly and was overdoing my workouts, which was making everything WORSE. At 24 because of high cortisol I was flagging post-menopausal, got hypothyroid and my digestion was a mess. I gained 80 pounds quickly and wasn't emotionally eating.
